Queen Health Consultants was founded on a simple premise: health systems work better when they're designed with the communities they serve, not for them. We bring deep clinical and community expertise to every engagement — across maternal health, workforce development, and equity-driven care design.
Our consulting practice supports health systems, county public health departments, nonprofits, and grant-funded initiatives. We've helped partners launch new programs, redesign existing ones, build culturally responsive teams, and translate community insight into operational change.
