Open Lab & Skills Sessions

Additional opportunities to practice, strengthen, and refine your clinical skills in a supportive, instructor-guided environment. Whether you're preparing for a skills evaluation, clinical experience, or the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Competency Exam, Open Lab helps you build confidence through hands-on practice and personalized feedback.

Social Support Program

We believe student success extends beyond the classroom. Our Social Support Program connects eligible students with supportive services and community resources to help overcome barriers that may affect their education. Support is based on eligibility, documented need, and available funding.

Attend our Social Support Saturday Drop-In Sessions to meet with our Social Services Coordinator, complete required documentation, and get connected to resources — no appointment required.

CNA Workshops

Workshops that help aspiring and current Nursing Assistants strengthen their professional knowledge, workplace readiness, and career development. Offerings include CNA 101, an introduction to the CNA profession and career pathways, and the Work Acceleration Workshop, which focuses on professionalism, communication, teamwork, and career success.

Review & Tutoring

Additional academic support, skills practice, and personalized guidance throughout your training. Whether preparing for an exam, reviewing course material, or strengthening clinical skills, students receive the support needed to build confidence and succeed.
